Our 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon 1001 Rutherford Reserve is structured, rich and smooth with dark cherry, raspberry, and expressions of tobacco and leather along with its unmistakable Rutherford dust. This wine is layered and balanced with dark berry flavors and firm yet supple tannins from 27 months in French oak. The finish is lasting and memorable. As with all of Jim Frost's wines, this is a hand crafted classic Cabernet Sauvignon is more than ready to drink now while expected to continue improving toward its peak during the next decade.
